Bid Spotters

Our professionally trained, elite auction staff will ensure every bid is seen. Missed bids mean lost revenue. Our auction staff will help ensure that a bid is never missed, as well as helping to promote your items during your auction to ensure maximum sell prices.

Our talented bid spotters will help control the room so that it’s quiet at the most crucial times, while helping to raise the energy level at other times using light sticks and whistles. Your auction will be part of your entertainment for the evening.

Spotters are paid to be onsite for 4 hours, and in addition to their role as bid spotters, can help with any other event-related duties you deem necessary; check-in, registration, selling opportunity drawing tickets, monitoring the silent auction tables, helping guests find their seats, check-out, etc.
